Surekha Sikri Was An Indian Theatre, Film And Television Actress. A Veteran Of Hindi Theatre, She Made Her Debut In The 1977 Political Drama Film Kissa Kursi Ka. Veteran Actress Surekha Sikri Died At The Age Of 76 After Suffering A Cardiac Arrest. The Actress Had Been Unwell For Several Months And Had Suffered A Brain Stroke In 2020. Surekha Had Won The National Film Award For Best Supporting Actress Thrice, For Her Roles In Tamas (1988), Mammo (1995), And Badhaai Ho (2018). She Also Gained Prominence For Her Performance In The Primetime Soap Opera Balika Vadhu And Much Earlier Had Played A Pivotal Role In The Coming-Of-Age Television Series Just Mohabbat.
